Terms and Conditions of Online Store

The owner of the online store TAPEET.EE is OÜ Hansasell (registry code 10962450), located at Pärnu mnt 66, Tallinn.

Validity of Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information 
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the online store. The prices of products sold in the online store are displayed next to the products. In addition to the price, a delivery fee is added. All prices for goods sold in the online store are in euros. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the chosen method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the product is provided directly alongside the product in the online store.

Placing an Order 
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable method of delivery for the products. Then the total amount payable is displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods: Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, and PayPal.
Note: When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to Merchant" button on the bank's page. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the online store in a secure environment: payment via bank link is made in the secure environment of the respective bank, and payment by credit card is made in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The contract comes into force upon receipt of the payment amount due to the online store's bank account.
OÜ Hansasell is the responsible data controller for personal data and provides the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to their unavailability or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid money (including the delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notification.

Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
The buyer has the following options to receive the goods: self-pickup, Itella Posti parcel terminals in Finland, Itella SmartPost, Omniva, and DPD parcel terminals in Estonia, Omniva and DPD parcel terminals in Latvia and Lithuania.
The buyer bears the cost of shipping, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to each shipping method. A single transport fee must be paid for the delivery of up to 14 wallpaper rolls. For deliveries of up to 28 rolls, double the fee is charged, for up to 42 rolls triple the fee, and so on.
Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-6 weeks from the effective date of the sales agreement. The exact availability time is stated with the product. The buyer will be notified promptly of any extension in the delivery time. We offer the option to cancel the order due to extended delivery times.

Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. Since we handle orders only as a whole, all items in the order must be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as is allowed in a physical store for testing purposes.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, TAPEET.EE reserves the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
The intention to return the goods must be notified by email to info@tapeet.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer must return the entire order of goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request or provide evidence that the goods have been handed over to the carrier.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, TAPEET.EE will promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the contract.
TAPEET.EE may withhold refunds until the goods have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by TAPEET.EE, TAPEET.EE is not required to refund the additional costs exceeding the standard delivery cost.
TAPEET.EE reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly marked down due to an error.

Right to Claim
TAPEET.EE is responsible for defects in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which appear within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. It is presumed, for the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of TAPEET.EE to refute this presumption. If there are defects in the goods purchased from TAPEET.EE for which TAPEET.EE is responsible, TAPEET.EE will replace the defective goods.
If replacement is not possible, TAPEET.EE will refund the buyer for all costs incurred under the sales agreement.
TAPEET.EE will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days. Processing of Personal Data TAPEET.EE uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. TAPEET.EE transfers personal data to transportation companies for the purpose of delivering goods.

If the buyer and TAPEET.EE are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer has the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the terms of the procedure and submit an application here.
The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and TAPEET.EE. The examination of the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.
