Terms and Conditions of Online Store
The online store TAPEET.EE is owned by OÜ Hansasell (registry code 10962450), located at Pärnu mnt 66, Tallinn, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, product and pricing information
These terms apply to purchases made in the TAPEET.EE online store.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are added according to the buyer’s location and chosen delivery method.
Product information is provided on the product page.
Placing an order and payment
Select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and enter the required information. Then choose a delivery method and preferred payment option.
Available payment methods:
- OPay (bank links)
- Stripe (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal
Payments are processed in a secure environment. The seller has no access to the buyer’s payment data.
The contract enters into force after the full payment has been received.
If a product cannot be delivered (e.g. product is out of stock), the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.
Delivery
Products are delivered across Europe.
Delivery options:
- Omniva parcel machine: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- Itella SmartPost parcel machine: Estonia, Finland
- DPD parcel machine and courier: Europe
- DHL courier: Europe
- Pickup from showroom
Delivery cost is displayed at checkout.
Shipping fee calculation:
One shipping fee applies for up to 14 rolls; up to 28 rolls = double fee; up to 42 rolls = triple fee, etc.
Delivery time depends on the product and destination country. Standard delivery time is 1–6 weeks from receipt of payment; more precise information is provided on product pages.
If the delivery time extends, the buyer will be notified. If delivery time is extended, the buyer may cancel the order.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Only the entire order can be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
A wallpaper roll with opened packaging cannot be returned. To preview colour and pattern, the buyer may order an A4 sample in advance.
Withdrawal must be requested by email to info@tapeet.ee within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
Returned goods must be shipped within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.
If the buyer chooses a more expensive return method than the standard option, only the cost of the standard method will be refunded.
The seller has the right to cancel the contract if the product price was mistakenly displayed significantly below market price.
Claims handling
The seller is responsible for non-compliance of goods for 2 years from delivery.
If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The buyer must notify the seller of the defect within 2 months of discovery, by email info@tapeet.ee or phone +372 656 4603.
The seller will replace defective goods or refund the purchase amount if replacement is not possible.
Complaints are answered within 15 days.
Processing of personal data
Personal data is used to process the order and deliver goods. Data may be shared with logistics partners (Omniva, Itella SmartPost, DPD, DHL) solely for order fulfilment.

Complaints should be sent to info@tapeet.ee or made by phone +372 656 4603.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
