Eijffinger’s Roots collection draws inspiration from nature, craftsmanship and cultural heritage, bringing together patterns and influences passed down through generations. Natural forms and structures – the shapes of leaves, the rhythm of corn cobs, the intricate lines of cracked earth and landscapes seen from above – provide the foundation for its distinctive wallpaper designs. They reflect the interplay between nature and human hands, shaped by wind, water and time.
Alongside natural motifs, the collection celebrates the craftsmanship and traditions of different cultures. Woven ikat patterns, artisanal ornamentation and organic textures tell stories of places, people and their skills. Familiar forms are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, combining timeless influences with a fresh and unexpected perspective. The collection brings depth and harmony to interiors, allowing the natural beauty of materials, patterns and textures to shine. Roots is a celebration of our connection with the world around us – from the smallest leaf to vast, open landscapes.
