Willow Bough wallpaper features a classic botanical pattern in which winding branches and delicate willow leaves form a natural, flowing composition. The overlapping leaves create a lush, richly detailed design that brings a sense of nature and timeless elegance to the interior.
William Morris designed Willow Bough in 1887, inspired by the willow trees he saw while walking along the banks of a stream flowing into the Thames. By carefully observing the shapes and variations of the leaves, he created a pattern that found its way into many homes during his own lifetime. To this day, it remains one of Morris’s best-known and most beloved designs.
